3/52

This week has been surprisingly busy for us, at least it feels that way after spending two weeks at home while having a Supernatural marathon. Between dinner dates, trying new restaurants, exploring Ktown, Anna's mini-snow day & too many car dealerships, I am happy to be able to sit at home next to the heater and update this blog.

Annabell woke me up yesterday yelling on and on about how "her snow was back!". So naturally, I have to get her dressed and take her outside. We didn't get too much snow, but she still managed to find enough to throw at me and hit me right in the forehead as I was trying to take photos of her. I'm sure she would live in the snow if we let her, she checks the window every morning to see if it snowed over night, lol.

Originally we left the house to go get sushi, but we completely forgot that the sushi restaurant is remodeling until the middle of February, so we ended up at a little family owned Italian restaurant. It was AMAZING. Dan and I got the shrimp fettuccine & Annabell got a personal pizza all to herself. She dug into it before I was able to take a photo of it, lol. Anna also loved the aquarium they had, it had two angel fish and another small fish. One day I would love to have a big aquarium like this one.

Speaking of fish, Annabell is now down to one goldfish. She originally had 3, but we apparently bought suicidal, kamikaze, jumping fish so now we just have Cubby. I'll spare you all the gory details, but let's just say they channeled their inner-Shamu and we found them outside of their tank..

This weekend we had a lunch/dinner date with some friends of ours and it was a blast. When Caitlynn & Peyton walked in with their matching Minnie Mouse outfits, I made a joke that Annabell was going to change into her's since she has a shirt almost identical to the one's they were wearing. Not even 5 minutes later Anna comes out of her room wearing the same outfit as the girls, lol.
Also, I promise all the girls had fun, they just weren't into taking cute photos for us, they were more interested in jumping on the bed!

So, we attempted to go exploring and wanted to go see the Japanese garden down in Ktown. It took us about 20 minutes to find a spot to park, another 10 minutes to walk to the garden entrance and down 5 billion flights of stairs, just to get there and see that the garden isn't open until April. Mega fail on our part, but Annabell had fun. She thanked us the entire drive home for taking her to see the stairs, lol. She really thinks the whole reason we left the house was so she could walk up and down a billion stairs. She's literally happy with anything we do out of the house, I love it.
Come April, I will have a blog post about us re-walking those billion stairs and actually seeing the garden, not just the front gate.

Our adorable little Snow White. She just HAD to change into her Snow White costume before she was able to eat her apple. Then she said "It's the best apple ever Mom!'. Apparently eating apples dressed as Snow White makes them extra delicious.

When he is home, they are attached at the hip. She bugs him all day to play his game so they can shoot zombies together, or as Anna calls them, zebras.

My personal favorite photo of the week. :)
