11/52

So, this week has been a normal, non-exciting week for us. I can honestly say I loved it. After being sick all last week, a week of doing absolutely nothing was just what the doctor ordered.
I think the most exciting thing that happened this week aside from going out to dinner and celebrating my friend Crystal's birthday (which I failed and didn't get ANY pictures), was catching up on the new episode of The Walking Dead. If it didn't shred you to pieces (haha get it? Too soon?) then you really have no soul OR you just don't get as emotionally invested in television characters like I do.

The weather has finally warmed up enough keep all the windows open and Annabell has taken full advantage of playing on the balcony all day. After breakfast and cartoons she begs to go play outside. I brought her table and chair out there for the time being and she "packs her lunch", usually a back pack with her water bottle and a slice of cheese in it, then sits outside enjoying the porch view. Which right now is a ton of dead trees and the random neighborhood cat walking by.

Annabell even requested to have her picture taken while sporting her shades and her outfit of choice, she also has her boots on the wrong feet but you can't tell in this photo, lol. Some times she picks out the most ridiculously mis-matched outfits and then there are days where she actually picks out something that goes together and doesn't get Dan and I strange stares from the base locals.
Either way, I think she always looks pretty cute.

She's finally been able to play with the Barbie pool that her Grandma sent her for Christmas! I am LOVING this warm weather, but the allergies that come along with Spring are kicking all of our butts. Annabell came crying to me a couple days ago because she couldn't pick her boogers out and they were "too sticky". Gotta love toddlers!

Even though this is a short, un-exciting blog post for the week, it just isn't complete without our fur-baby. Khaleesi loves following Anna outside onto the porch to hang out & throws a fit when we make her come back inside. She's such a great bunny, aside from her super power of chewing through a Play Station remote cord in 5 different places in under 30 seconds!

Until next week,
